About Jacoby Development

Jacoby Development is a real estate development firm with a 40-year track record for success. We have built a national reputation for the successful redevelopment of blighted commercial and industrial sites as sustainable mixed-use communities. From our home base in Atlanta, Georgia, we undertake complex and ambitious real estate development projects that emphasize environmental stewardship.

We are best known for leading the development of Atlantic Station, where we transformed a derelict, 138-acre steel mill site in Atlanta into an iconic live-work-play destination that paved the way for the revitalization of the city's West Midtown area. We have also redeveloped a former Ford Automotive plant in Atlanta as the North American headquarters for Porsche Cars North America, repurposed another Ford plant in Norfolk, Virginia as a facility for global logistics firm KTN, completed more than 40 retail centers, including 25 as a preferred developer for Wal-Mart, and undertaken multiple alternative energy development projects.

Today, Jacoby Development is pursuing opportunities for mixed-use developments in unique natural and urban environments. We have active projects in Georgia and Florida and are always seeking attractive development opportunities elsewhere in the U.S.
